I am originally from Nova Scotia and moved to Ottawa in 2006. I am enjoying the beauty of this city and it is exciting to explore taking photos in new places. Although I currently live in Ottawa I am doing photography in both Halifax and Ottawa. It gives me a wonderful opportunity to visit home when I have weddings or portait sessions in Halifax :)
I am a mother to two beautiful girls and a wife to an amazing husband! I am so lucky to have a supportive family who allows me to follow my dream to photograph my clients special moments. I don\'t know about you but to me it seems that time seems to be flying by faster and faster; and I think that is why photography has become more and more important to me. I want something that helps me remember all the wonderful milestones in my life.
Photography is all about capturing moments to me. Over time, memories seem to fade but I find that photos can help jog those memories and bring you back to those moments in your life. When I look at old photos I often find a big smile spread across my face! I cherish all of my photos and if you were to see my house you would see that I have a huge collage in my living room with my wedding, maternity and newborn photos. In my bedroom I wake up each morning with a smile looking at my beautiful children on canvas and in frames around my room.
